My stay at Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street was delightful. The breakfast featured an impressive selection of hot and cold dishes, including freshly made custom omelettes. The staff were attentive, providing exceptional care and expertise throughout my visit, which made it extra special.

During my stay, the check-in experience was far from pleasant. The receptionist, who I believe was named Mohamed, seemed unwelcoming and annoyed, which set a negative tone for my arrival. locating the hotel lobby was confusing, and I had to switch rooms, only to find that some of my belongings went missing, which the staff did not return until I specifically asked for them.

The rooftop garden was stunning, offering beautiful views of the city, and the breakfast buffet featured a diverse menu with an impressive custom omelette station that catered to various tastes.

Had a good stay overall, but the parking was a bit tight for our car. Loved the fresh juices at breakfast though! Staff were fantastic, made us feel right at home.

Our family enjoyed spacious rooms with excellent facilities like a full-sized mini fridge and cooktop. A nice shout-out to Roaa, who ensured we were well taken care of!

The pool area was great for relaxing, and the rooftop garden provided stunning views. I especially enjoyed the clean and spacious room. One of the best parts was the comfortable thermostat that let me set the perfect temperature for a good night's sleep.

I appreciated the generous space in the King Studio with Sofa Bed, perfect for my family. The swimming pool offered a wonderful, clean area to relax, making it a highlight of our stay. Breakfast was remarkable with a custom omelette station, adding a personal touch that we really enjoyed.
